Upgrading Broadband

Hello all

I have a offer from Virgin Media to upgrade my 500mb broadband to 1gb for £4.00 extra a month but have a few questions...

Will I be sent a new Hub? (I presently have a Hub 3)

Wil it be self-install?

Will my 3 Wi-Fi Pods connect to the new Hub or does Virgin Media need to re-pair them to the new Hub?

You will be sent a Hub 4 or Hub 5 to self install. The Pods will need reassigning to the new hub. 

The first question though is do you need the extra speed? This is a special offer to lock you into a contract that will cost you more in future. Unless you will be using the extra speed you will be wasting that money.

Thanks for posting and welcome back to our Community Forums!

As Jpeg1 has already mentioned, you will receive a new Hub via Quick Start that is compatible with your new speeds and you will need to pair your WIFI Pods up to the new Hub.
