Unable to order WiFi Pods

Hi I got connected this weekend on 1GB but some of the rooms are very low (poor) but when I follow the steps to order a wifi pod via the VM Connect app and select upgrade package I get a 'oops something is wrong message'. How do I go about obtaining one of the 3 free wifi pods that can be linked to my 1GB account?

I rang the dreaded customer service and they eventually sent mine.  It took several calls and an online complaint but I got there eventually.  Good luck.

I have the same issues and just keep getting sent round in circles. Website starts asking different questions and trying other things although the app told me to head there.

After speaking to them on the phone there is a 'known issue' with the VM app and ordering pods when you are on the top tier package. So they advised to call them if you want to order a pod. They will get you to do a https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/ test on the phone to proves the speeds and then if all ok a pod will be sent out to you.

Please help. I too need to order a WiFi pod but the dreaded vicious circle strikes and it is vicious. Round and round you go and even when you phone customer support they too send you a link so you can continue going round and round again. I just want another WiFi pod please? Is that too much to ask for?

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here. 

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue order a WiFi Pod and thank you again for your post. Can I ask if you have been able to follow these steps to order the Pod: 

·         Tap Start the scan
·         Then Start the scan again
·         While connect to WiFi, Tap I’m ready
·         Wait 2 mintues for Scan
·         Scan complete, Tap continue
·         Tap Add a room, Tap the room you're in
·         Start the Scan (do this in every room)
·         Scan complete
·         Tap Optimise WiFi now if an option
·         If so, Tap Optimise
·         Optimisation complete, Tap Rescan room, 
·         Tap Start Scan
·         Tap Order a WiFi Booster if an option
