Unable to get wifi in bedroom

I recently just moved houses and joined Virgin media, when I was going through the order process with a CS team member they told me that I would be eligible for a free wifi booster if necessary as well as being an O2 user.

I've done a test using the Virgin media connect app and my result was 19mbps download from the bedroom doorway as if I walk any further into the room itself I can't do the test as there is no connection to the hub.

According to the FAQ if below 30mbps I would be eligible for a free booster, however I haven't had much luck in finding where I can order via my account.

Any help would be appreciated!

Save yourself hours of pain and weeks of frustration with VM Pods and the unfathomable order process.

Order a retail Wi-Fi Repeater or decent Mesh today and have it installed and working tomorrow.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Hi @LiamR,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with the reach and strength of the Wi-Fi connection in your home. You should be able to order a Wi-Fi Pod directly via the Connect App. However, if you're struggling to do this then please respond to the private message I'll be sending your way shortly and we'll go from there.

Thanks,
