Unable to access William Hill over wifi.

Other betting apps work and mobile data works too. Have been told its an IP issue and have restarted my router etc. Are there any other steps I can take to fix this?

With Child Safe disabled in the VM Online Account we can access the William Hill online betting website.

Try to turn Child Safe Off in your VM Online Account & try again.

If with Child Safe Off the problem persists, or you are unable to access the VM Online Account.
Change the DNS on your device to be OpenDNS, this will bypass the VM Child Safe 18+ content  filter.
