Hi,
Our broadband went down last night and the service status checker guided us to book an appointment with an engineer, which I did, for Saturday. However, the service has since been restored so now I need to cancel this appointment, but it doesn't show up in the app or on my account via the website. I've just spent about 45 minutes trying to do this! Please could someone cancel it for me so I don't have to waste £28 or an engineer's time...?

Sorry to hear you had been having this issue trying to cancel your appointment, I can see from the system you have spoken to our team since making this post. Where they able to go about cancelling this through for you?
