Today my ethernet and wi-fi totally went off.

About for no reason about ten am the whole broadband all went off in bedroom and living room.Not only that I couldn't watch any TV as a sign came up every ten seconds.Im supposed to have 556mb so all afternoon I messed about with wires got to checking plugs yet nothing.I called virgin to tell them and it will be on Monday now evening.Now I don't know wat I've picked up but I can get through on a wi-fi it's not virgin and slowish but it's better nothing.Will I get broadband any money off bill for three days.
