Hi. I am currently on the M500 Package, I am also with o2 and have used the perk to upgrade to double internet so I should be on 1GB speeds.
I am lucky if I hit 20mbps. Everything I use buffers while streaming. My internet is slow and so are the phones connected. There are only two people in my household so it’s not too many devices connected problem.
my WiFi box is in a clear location with no obstructions.
all I get when I put that I have a problem is “looks like we need to reset your HUB” which I have done countless times and is an absolute pain having to reconnect Alexa and a few other things.
is there anyone I can talk to about getting an engineer out to fix this?

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.
Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub. Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping
Run a wired test from this site and post the result www.samknows.com/realspeed
Once done we can comment.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment, thats not what we want to hear. I have looked into this and cannot see any issues within your local area or your individual connection. Has anything changed since you posted on Sunday morning?
If nothing has changed are you able to reboot your hub for me to see if that can have any affect?
