Hi. I am currently on the M500 Package, I am also with o2 and have used the perk to upgrade to double internet so I should be on 1GB speeds. I am lucky if I hit 20mbps. Everything I use buffers...

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment, thats not what we want to hear. I have looked into this and cannot see any issues within your local area or your individual connection. Has anything changed since you posted on Sunday morning?
If nothing has changed are you able to reboot your hub for me to see if that can have any affect?
