I am so sick to death i have had terrible internet for weeks, i can't speak to a real person all i get is we are resetting your broadband
my download is currently 13.7 and upload 21.1
i am paying for a service that doesnt work and is stopping me from working
to top it off i cant even reply to messages here as ive reached my limit? BROTHER WHAT

First call 0800 561 0061 - use the automated number to see if there is a fault in your street.
Speed test the service to a Router mode Hub(3/4/5) + your device with the link below.

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.
The speed at the Hub should reflect your subscription.
The speed any WiFi device draws data at is limited by its data needs and technical abilities.
