Where are the stats to show that your connection has a excessive of Latency ? ( lag is for hot water pipes )

https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to include: Latency, Jitter, Packet loss & Upload speed

For Android or iPhones install the Samknows Realspeed app from the Play Store / App Store.

What VM Hub model have you got ?As long as it isnt the Hub5x - the best way is to put it into modem mode at let the new router do all the heavy lifting.

Instructions of how to set it up,  have just been posted by Tudor - here

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & TNT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi), Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
