Hi, my network seems to be somewhat unreliable.
I'm noticing a lot of errors on the modem log too. I've got a gig1 connection on a superhub 5 in modem mode, which is attached to a wavlink quantum dax router.
My logs are as follows:
Downlink-
3.0 Downstream channels Channel Frequency (Hz) Power (dBmV) SNR (dB) Modulation Channel ID
3.0 Downstream channels Channel Locked Status RxMER (dB) Pre RS Errors Post RS Errors
3.1 Downstream channels Channel Channel Width (MHz) FFT Type Number of Active Subcarriers Modulation (Active Profile) First Active Subcarrier (Hz)
3.1 Downstream channels Channel ID Locked Status RxMER Data (dB) PLC Power (dBmV) Corrected errors (Active Profile) Uncorrectable errors (Active Profile)

Uplink-

Can someone let me know if these look normal please?

I've just spoken to customer support and they've told me not to use the 2.5gbps ethernet port???
Am I not more likely to saturate the lower speed ports if all my network activity is going through the lower speed ports?

Corrected errors are normal, even a large amount, on the DOCSIS 3.1 channel.
A couple of timeouts, but nothing to be concerned about, although the power level on the DOCSIS 3.1 channel is just on the edge of being out of spec. DOCSIS 3.0 upstream power levels a touch high, but in spec.
I've had no issues with the 2.5Gbps ethernet port in modem mode.
What issues do you have?

This is the saga of the Hub 5 and issues with the 2.5Gb/s port
