Sudden and Unfair Restriction

I wish to make you aware of an unfair and sudden restriction in my Virgin Media Broadband service that occurred yesterday without any notice and justification. 

I suddenly noticed I had no access to Internet on my WiFi while working on an important tasks with the deadline due as I currently Work From Home. 
I have settled all my outstanding bills and do not know why this is happening. 
Kindly help resolve. 


Assuming this is not a service fault in your street that, check via 0800 561 0061...

As you WFH it would be to your advantage to keep the internet on by setting up the direct debit process.
