Started using the connect app but it’s not helpful. Doesn’t pick up most of the connected devices.

Any ideas why the connect app isn’t showing all the connected devices?

What are you wanting to use the app to do?

There is little it does that aren't easily achieved in other ways.

We ditched the Connect app finding it to be useless and constantly tinkering with our preferred Wi-Fi settings.

For numerous reasons, we all of a sudden have lots of devices being use by young children. I want to control when they have access to WiFi and the internet.

Time to take a grip an insist these devices all stay out of bedrooms during homework times and after lights out

Any controls you apply with the Hub can be bypassed quite easily. If your children haven't learned yet how to do this, their friends will tell them.

Physical control of the devices is the only reliable way.
