Spontaneous reboot of Hub 5?

Been having intermittent loss of broadband for a few weeks now.  It just did it again, and the network log is below.  The problem starts with a reported "Cable Modem Reboot because of - unknown".  This wasn't initiated by me, and we didn't have any power failure at the time.  Could it be a faulty Hub 5?
