Solid green lights on modem

Hi,

Been having an issue with my modem this evening with both the green wifi light and the arrow lights showing up. I'm intermittently not getting any connection, and when it eventually came back I can't see the 5G option which my PC is usually connected to.

I first noticed the issue when playing Rocket League online, the green lights showed up and my ping went through the roof, and they've stayed on ever since. I've tried turning it off and on again, as well as a reset using the button at the back. I've entered my router home page, and ran diagnostics which said I'm connected to 5G with no issues which I'm not.

I'll try ring customer service tomorrow as it's too late in the evening here now, but I was wondering if anyone would have a clue what's happening.

Thanks

Could be a failing Hub?

Try a 60 second factory pinhole reset as below;
Remove any ethernet cables from the Hub and hold the pinhole reset switch for 60 seconds. Do NOT reboot the Hub, just let it do it's thing. Note you will need the passwords from the bottom of the Hub afterwards, so make sure they are legible. NOTE this will remove any custom settings you may have set in the Hub, and they will all have to be setup again.

After this use a Wifi scanner app on your phone, and check if there is both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands broadcasting.
