Please send an engineer. Solid Red light for 48 hours. No WiFi. Not overheating. Was flashing green on 3 lights above but not now. Just a solid Red line on bottom. Tried full reset twice and all other tweaks I'm supposed to try. Fed up now

Green flashing arrows and bar on our Hub 3 normally mean the VM RFoG Platform has gone down in our village.
No Wi-Fi ...
1) Login to the Hub 3 menu, the Hub status info is on the first page, does it show: Internet (Online) ?
2) Visit Advanced settings >> Wireless >> Wireless Signal ... are the 2.4 & 5 Ghz bands both enabled ?
3) Visit Advanced settings >> Wireless >> Security ... are the SSID / Password as expected ?
Red bar ...
From the Hub 3 menu run the Network diagnostic test then scroll down to Temperature it it Normal ?
