Router and TV box delivery

Hi My virgin media services are set to goive on Monday with the engineer coming in the afternoon, however I have not received my router and TV box. When do these normally arrive as it is getting a b...

    The technician will bring everything needed for the internal installation.

    This assumes there is already a VM cable from the street. If there isn't that will have to be a separate job first.

    Brilliant thank you for that, I had engineers come Friday to do all the outside work and fix the box to the outside wall.
