Repeated intermittent streaming issues and Internet problems

For a while I've been getting occasional problems with my Internet connection where there'll be an obvious pause or things take much longer than normal search for, etc..I've also seen occasional  pixelation on some TV channels and in the last few days had repeated problems with streaming. Programs will run 5 or 10 minutes and then start buffering, sometimes restart perfectly OK other times seem to hang for a few minutes. Tonight Prime video and Disney have been suffering. Using the virgin service I'm told my connection is fine and I've tried various speed tests which always seem to be OK when I run them . What on worth is wrong?

 30 seconds later all was OK again and I'd not done anything.

Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, with this can you confirm is this only affecting your TV? If so is this connected to the Network via Ethernet or WiFi? And do other devices drop at the same time?
