We have a Virgin wifi box and cabling at the front of our house, which was put in place by the previous owner. I have not intention of becoming a Virgin customer and therefore want this removed. How do I go about this?
Many thanks

Hey Alison3000, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to hear this.
I can send you a PM to ask the area manager to see if this is possible we wouldn't always do this so I can't promise you but let me send you a PM.

Hi,
I have the same issue and would like the old Virgin box and cables removed from my property. How do I go about arranging this?
Thanks

Hi PLH1A 👋
Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Forums.
I'm sorry to hear you're in a similar situation as the original poster. As mentioned by my colleague, we can certainly look into whether this is something we can do, but we cannot guarantee it is possible.
I'll send you a private message shortly, and you'll find this in the top-right, white envelope, or by tapping your profile picture and then selecting "Messages".
Cheers,

Simple answer is give VM 28 days to removed their equipment from your property line, or your get someone in to do it for them, and send the bill to VM. They have a legal obligation to remove any of their equipment from your property line if you do not want it there.

No need to get anyone in. A screwdriver will remove the box, and scissors to cut the cable.
