Hello, I have an engineer booked for February 26 between 12:00 and 16:00 I just wanted to move the socket because I'm tired of walking on cables and jumping over the router, thank you. I am disabled, I use crutches and I need to relocate the socket to my bedroom. Thank you and best regards.

I'm sorry to hear your cabling is in an inconvenient location for you. Did the Technician visit go ahead as expected? Were they able to assist in the relocation of the cabling and equipment location?
