Red light on Virgin Media Hub

Hi. We also have the solid red light on. We did the pin reset and the light is still on. The router isn't overly hot, but I feel it's warmer than it usually is. It's been like that for a over a week.  I hope you can help, please? Thank you.

Thanks for your post, welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear that your Hub may be overheating. We'd love to help.

Can you please first confirm that the Hub is in a clear, open space and in an upright position? If you haven't already, we'd recommend performing a factory reset to see if this helps. To do this, you need to push a pin into the pinhole at the back of the Hub for at least 60 seconds. The Hub will then reset.
