Red flashing light on hub 5

Internet cut out early this afternoon and my router has a flashing red light.

Isn’t hot, and everything is plugged in correctly. Followed all troubleshooting steps

Virgin tests say there’s no problem but I haven’t changed anything. Can’t seem to get hold of anyone but I work from home and it’s not easy to do my job with no internet

I tried this earlier. Tried it again just now and there’s no area faults currently

Hi CaptainCleveley,

Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 😊

Sorry to hear you've some issue with the hub, it's something we'll need to arrange an engineer visit for. I've popped you over a private message to get a few more details from you to arrange this.

Please note for future reference a (solid) red LED on a hub meaning it’s over heating is only applicable to a Hub3. On other hubs it means something different on each model.

I've yet to see a list of the Hub 5x lights and what they mean.
