Red Light on permanent on Hub Three

Hi the Hub 3 has a permanent red light, I have contacted customer services by phone & have reset the hub but it still shows red, even after leaving it off when not at home or during the night.

I have also tried WhatsApp chat but cannot get any resolution and the hub is hit but all our services still work.

    If the Hub 3 is hot it is a fire risk.  The Forum Team should be onto this quickly.

    If the Hub is getting hot, do not leave it unattended.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our Community Forums, sorry to hear about your overheating Hub. 

    We'll be able to book an engineer visit and get it replaced ASAP 🤗 If you can, please unplug the Hub and leave it in a safe place until the engineer can take it away.

    If you need the connection for any reason then don't leave it unattended like jpeg1 mentioned.

    I'll send you a PM now so we can get this sorted.
