Hi,
I reported a red light issue on my old hub.
No reported issues in my area

I've been sent a new hub 3 but issue continues, red light and poor broadband

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
Apologies for any broadband issues. Can you expand on this as currently we're unable to connect to your Router to do any remote testing.
Can you do the below and let me know if fixes the red light;
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight, if possible.
• Switch the hub back on at the power. The Hub should now operate normally.
