Re: Red light on Virgin Media Hub

Hi,

My hub seems to be working fine but the solid red light is showing.

Please can you help?

I've tried the reset but still just solid red light

Hi @DForeman,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

I'm sorry to hear your Hub appears to be displaying a constant solid red light. If you haven't done so already, please follow the below steps in the first instance.

• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.

• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.

If you've followed the above steps and the issue remains, please respond to the private message that I'll be sending to you shortly and we can go from there with this.
