Hi all
I have the same problem, and even after disabling the Optimizer and setting up the two separate SSIDs, I installed the Wifi Analyser and the HUB is not broadcasting in 2.4GHz, even after restarting and reseting it, any ideas? I'm unable to find an option in My Virgin Media account to report this issue.
