Hi I’m having exactly the same issue and have been on a call with someone for 25 mins with no resolution. I’m losing a lot of working time and this is very frustrating as it’s obviously an issue with many people. I would appreciate someone fixing it for me. Thanks

What error messages are you getting?
Does the pod connect ok when put close the hub?
Is it a new pod that has never connected ?
What Hub and Pod models are they
