I've had problems accessing www.zenmarket.jp for a while. It works intermittently but quite often it won't load or certain pages won't. I have this issue on my phone as well. I assumed it was an issue with Zenmarket. But yesterday when I was shopping at Cheshire Oaks using the free wifi hotspot. The site worked perfectly without issue. It then occurred to me that since O2 and Virgin Media have merged they could be using the same DNS servers. I then changed the DNS servers in my router to Google's Public DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and everything works perfectly. I changed the DNS settings in my phone and tested it with wifi switched off and again works perfecty.
Could someone please try the site using Virgin Media's DNS servers? I'm wondering if there is any reason I should be using VM's DNS servers and not Google's? I've not had any other sites affected.

Just remembered I had a similar issue with another site: photospecialist.co.uk a while ago:

Think you might be on the right track.
Both worked ok on VM DNS for me (child safe turned off). O2 photospcialist works but http://www.zenmarket.jp/ doesn’t.

Seeing a screen shot of the error in the browser would help.

I will when it next happens. The fault is intermittent.

Virgin Media's Web Safe service is not blocking access zenmarket.jp. Does the issue persist when connected via your Virgin Media home network?
FYI: Open Rights Group site check confirms this and showed O2 is blocking access to this site, see Site report: www.zenmarket.jp
