Hello, i have been really excited to finally get full fibre, had my installation booked for today 11/1/25 with pre installation due to be carried out by the 10/1/25. Having looked on the forums in the run up im now not surprised by the way ive been treated here. Kept coming in from work every night hoping to see some sign of activity, nothing, woke up today still hopeful of it being installed, only to check online and now find my install has been pushed back to the 7/2/25 i think this is ridiculous, it was showing 11/1/25 last night, you shouldnt promise the service if you cant deliver it when you say you will. Im absolutely fuming if im honest.

You are entitled to compensation for the delay, but agree it's not ideal.

Now you are well aware of the unreliable installation dates issue, do not cancel your current ISP until the VM service is installed and has been working perfectly for a month or so.

This is not the experience and start to your time with us that you should be having. Have you been given any further information about the issues since you last posted or would you like us to get this looked into further from here to see if we can help or at least shed some more light on the situation.
