Potential Problems With New Connection

Hi everyone.

I recently signed up for a 1gig package from virgin and I am having some issues with high upload latency.

When gaming I'm noticing some higher than normal latency numbers and corresponding lag.

I have included a BQM link below and would appreciate any advice you guys may have.
