What has happened to Virgin media thier support team is next to non existent I have been trying to solve a problem for over 3 weeks and nobody has been able to help the last person I spoke to basically said if I’m not happy with the service I should cancel my subscription. Fantastic customer services makes me feel really valued as customer. One of my 3 WiFi pods is not connecting after it was replaced the other two working fine had another one sent out this still is not connecting and when I rung up to speak to somebody they said they sent me another pod out try to explain I’ve read on this community that the pods need to be assigned to the hub just to be told I don’t know what I’m talking about and I’ve been misinformed EE 1.6gb broadband has never looked such a good plan especially as I still can’t get virgin 2gb and when I’ve ask I told we have no idea when it will be available
if anyone at virgin media care about customers and can help please do DM me you could even rest all my faith

This forum has numerous identical tails of woe regarding all aspects of VM Pods.
Yet folks persist in wanting to use one of the worst home network options it is possible to choose.
