Pod has no power or lights

I have 3 white Wi-Fi pods and one of them seems to have stopped working completely. There is no light when it is first plugged in and I have tried changing to other sockets. My app is no longer seeing it either. I presume it has died. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to get it replaced?

Sounds like the Pod has failed.  If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.  If your need is urgent, then ring the fault in to VM.

Thanks but there’s been no contact from any mods and I can’t see how to get a replacement.

Don't worry, help is here to get the faulty pod replaced.

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
