Pod has no power or lights

I have 3 white Wi-Fi pods and one of them seems to have stopped working completely. There is no light when it is first plugged in and I have tried changing to other sockets. My app is no longer seein...

    Sounds like the Pod has failed.  If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.  If your need is urgent, then ring the fault in to VM.

Hi there has been no reply from any mods in relation to this and I still don’t know how to get a replacement. Thanks

Don't worry, help is here to get the faulty pod replaced.

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
