Hello, my Internet has been particularly poor with lots of buffering. My hub 3 has a red light on permanently. It's not overheating and is well ventilated. I have gone through all the reset procedures but the red light is still permanent. I phoned support and they said my connection was poor, the red light is fine, they would monitor for 24hrs. They have since text and said there is nothing wrong anymore. The red light is still permanent, connection still poor. Everything I have read from virgin says the red light is a problem. Should the red light be on? Is there a UK based support centre I can contact?

Sorry to hear there's some issues with the hub, due to the red light I'll need to arrange an engineer visit.
