Looks like we have yet another outage in the PR6 postcode area …

These are getting more frequent…

time for a change of provider ..

can I end my contract on failure to provide a reasonable service I think 2 days or more is an unreasonable time frame..

The compensation package only kicks in after 3 days ..

it’s really poor service..

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear about the issue that was reported in your area. 

I have taken a look on our side and I am unable to see any reported issue now. 

Can you confirm if you are still having an issue with the services?
