Outage in S25 + surrounding areas

Since about 11.30 yesterday there has been no internet in S25. Various other people in other S postcodes also have no internet. The service status page is not working, it would be really great to get an idea of when this will be fixed!

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061, they give problems down to post code area. Never ever rely on the VM web page.

SE5 here, went out around 4am this morning, hasn't turned back on.

I checked this number and the response was 'This is a very complicated issue and will take longer than usual'. That's not promising.

I appreciate that, I shall keep that in my back pocket incase it happens again (hopefully it won't!). Our internet came back on about 30 minutes ago!

I am so sorry that you have been effected by an outage in your area and I understand how frustrating this must be, we always try to resolve an outage as soon as we can and will provide estimated fix times via the service status page.
