I've run the connect app and have areas with speeds of less than 30 Mps (not to mention complete dead spots that can't be captured by the app as it just tells me I'm not at home...). I've been around in circles trying to order pods. No response to my messages on chat with an agent. I'm a volt customer so should be able to access pods free of charge. Any advice on next steps?

You call 0800 064 3850 to order the first one after scanning for blackspots using the connect App.- or just wait here for a VM person to respond in a day or two and they will sort the first one for you.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
