Ordering pod

Hi

i I have tried using the app as I am not getting signal in my office. 

either it is no signal at which point the app says connect to WiFi of a very feint signal

either way it doesn’t let me thru to placing the order. 

I already have 1 pod for bedroom but need 2nd one

also I get loads of drop outs with the WiFi. Is there anyway to stop this?
