Ordering a wifi boost pod

Hi.

I can’t order any pods from the connect website even tho it says my wifi speed is 1, I’ve spoke to someone over a week ago and they said they ordered me 3 pods however there’s no record of this and they’ve not arrived . Can somebody order me these pods
