Hi,
I have recently setup & activated the Gig1 broadband plan in our home, and have run some speed tests from the VM Connect app in different rooms, and in two there are speeds of less than 30mbps. However, the vm connect app does not allow me the opportunity to order a Wifi Pod - it directs me to the website, which directs me back to the app and so on and so on, essentially there is no option anywhere for me to order the first WiFi pod despite having completed a scan showing < 30 mbps and WiFi max being part of my plan.
I've seen previous threads indicating the same problem - is there any other way I could get a WiFi pod sent out as the app will not let me after scanning?

Hey TomKnighton, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry you are having some issues ordering a WIFI pod.
I will send you a DM now, however pods are only free on 1GB or Volt customers ,otherwise £8 per month.
