Can someone please help?
I think this is the correct BQM link...
https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/f91a260d7b48cf8f3a45e470aad4c64580abfe98
I've connected to and manually set the 2.4Ghz channel to 6 instead of 1 which was very crowded.
I've of course re-booted the router a million times.
I don't have an ethernet cable but even when I'm right next to the hub it doesn't help. Tends to be evenings this gets worse but I don't think it's acceptable.
What should I do?

I'm pasting the downstream/upstream/network log also from my router status (Hub 3)...

40 to 50 Mb/s is what one would expect for a device on the 2.4GHz band.
Speed test the service to a Router mode Hub(3/4/5) + your device with the link below.
https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/
Once the test begins click on: Run full test to include: Latency, Jitter, Packet loss & Upload speed
The speed at the Hub should reflect your subscription.
The speed any WiFi device draws data at is limited by its data needs and technical abilities.
Samknows Realspeed is also available as a free app for Android mobiles and iPhones.

All your connection data are within spec. Your wifi speeds are typical for the 2.4ghz band. If your can connect on 5ghz you will get better speeds, depending on the wifi spec of your devices.
For the best speeds you need to connect by ethernet. Cables are very cheap.

@Client62
Thanks for that link, but it always shows 0 Mb/s for my laptop device, despite values for Upload, Latency etc.?

If you want better speed over wifi get a Wifi 6 router with 1Gb ports and a device with wifi 6 put hub in modem mode

Should we assume the speed is OK at the VM Hub, but there is a problem with the laptop ?
