Update. As expected between 4 pm and 01Am I had no broadband. Thats five days when I pay over£85 a month for service I don't get VM security team need to look for an internal threat. I was told by support VM won't investigate their support team unless you have Cri.e Referance number from police. VM are just becoming a waste of time and money no control over their own support staff levels 2 and 3. Level 1 are pite. I moving after 20 years with vm they don't care say good luck to me.

t’s honestly appalling that a company charging over £85 a month for broadband can leave customers without service for such extended periods. Five days without broadband is unacceptable, especially with the high costs involved. I can’t believe you were told that they won’t even investigate unless you have a police crime reference number! It sounds like Virgin Media is seriously dropping the ball here with their support, especially considering how long you've been a loyal customer. It's unfortunate to see companies like this lose touch with their customers' needs. Hopefully, your next provider treats you with more respect and better service!

Why do you think VM are targeting your connection?

Sounds like pure speculation on your part.

Did you follow the advice in your other topic, physically disconnecting from the service and resetting your HUB and changing passwords whilst still offline?
