Not loading when browsing

Fed up of this issue now. 

currently sat here with the TV streaming YouTube no problem but on my phone websites taking up to 10 seconds to load and scrolling social media apps like Reddit posts not loading and videos just buffering!

Do a speed test on my phone and it gives 10Mb do another and shows 60Mb it’s all over the show! Do it on VM Connect app and it shows 200Mb! 

it gets to the point sometimes I just give up and come off the WiFi as the 2 bars of 4g I get is quicker than the WiFi!

    Just to add, I give it 5 mins and all seems fine again with websites loading instantly and no problems on social apps!

      Is this happening on any other devices or just your phone please?

      If you are getting WiFi speeds under 30mbps in any room, you may benefit from one of our WiFi pods.

        Thanks for replying. 

        seems to be any mobile device and I’ve already got 3 pods setup in best possible places available. It’s strange. Sat in the same place and hen the issue happens do a speed test and it could say 2Mb then do another and it says 60Mb do again and it says 5Mb then again and it says 200Mb! It so inconsistent
