No service between 8:30am and 8:30pm

Hi VM team,

There has been no service on any channel, WiFi or Ethernet between 8:30am and 8pm for the last 2 days. The service has stopped and then come back on at exactly the same time each day. 
I am unable to connect to the router via IP address to check the logs. 
I have also called out an engineer this morning but cannot access my booking online.
