No internet service for almost a week, many calls later and online chat to be told nothing about what’s going on, was told on Saturday it would be resolved by Sunday night at the latest, it’s now late Monday. Someone at virgin needs to pull their finger out and get this pushed up as it’s not only my internet that’s having issues but anyone in the same area. SORT THIS OUT.
