No broadband

This has been out since around 6 last night (Thursday) did a check but said it was my hub which is odd because I knew someone else had the same issue an hour or so later said it had an outage and would be fixed by 2pm (Friday) just checked again and says it's my hub again.

What the hell is going on I'm using my phone data because Virgin seem unable to supply the service I'm paying for.

Why isn't the website admitting they have a problem.

Had no broadband since around 6pm Thursday it says no issues in my area but I knew someone else with the same issue an hour or so later they finally admitted they have a problem and say should be done by 2pm Friday. Just checked still not working and again saying no issues and must be my hub, fo a communication company they don't seem to be that good at communicating with customers.

I will also add I'm near Southampton no idea if the issue is elsewhere as don't believe the status checker now

Check for a known fault in your street via 0800 561 0061 - it is an automated service.

We do get very reliable info from the  "Area" Service Status website because needs large outages before any faults start to appear.
