No WIFI or Internet in the new house

Hi,

     We will be moving house next week and we have let Virgin Media know well in advance about the move, problem is that the new postcode isn't showing up we've got virgin installed internally but not externally, also the advisor has sent off the form to the technicians, my question is with no WIFI or Internet for quite a while. What's best thing to do? I also work from home and in the new area they only have Virgin and BT so no other broadband provider is there yet

A VM operson will check for you soon.

In the meantime see what alternatives are available.  Look at whether 5G or 4G Packages are available too - there are some good deals on those at the moment
