No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

I see that their are many Ranging issue's of which I see you asked for certain logs, forgive me as I forgot what ones they were and the format you require them in. While my download speed seems to be ok, my upload speeds seems severely throttled.

As you can see that is clearly not right (for the upload) speed, I did however check the wires in and outside of the house chasing it back until I could go no further. I tested and tightened any threads (checked they were not loose) but all seemed fine from what I could see. 

Can anyone help me please ???

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment. How are things looking right now, have you seen any improvement. The image that you have shared has not been accepted as it may show personal information.
