Home from work and no broaband. The missus said not working this morning before she left at 10am. Have followed the guidance on the app. Switched off hub, unplugged, waited 5 mins, reconnected everything after checking all connections and.... Still no internet. Laptop & mobiles all connecting but state no internet. Been through this process 3 times now and all I get is another text from Virgin to call them only to go through the whole process again.

Can you fix a faulty washing machine by power cycling it repeatedly ?

Don't forget you need to use your working from home allowance for a backup connection as you cannot rely on a residential connection.
