Apart from receiving a text message (it is the only notification I have received) to tell me that there are network problems in my area.

When and how am I going to be informed about the fibre network problems resolution in my area?

A wild guess would be another text message, or nothing at all.

Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.

You could also use the /check-services/ function and if there's a fault listed you can click a radio box to be updated either by email or sms.

Occasionally I get both a text and an email telling me of an area problem, and I also got same when problem was fixed.
